A. Session Studio Compensation
Wild Crane Photography agrees to pay client a percentage of ______ once the job has come to completion. Client will also receive high resolution images of all pictures taken to be used for marketing purposes with credit given to Wild Crane Photography when able.

B. Session Fees
All orders forms and collection of payments will be due day of shoot and are the sole responsibility of the photographer, Amanda Hovey. All orders are non-refundable, except as outlined below. The cost covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer.
Session Includes:
• Individual and group images for all classes/outfits. Each child will be photographed and assigned a jpeg number regardless of order form unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Digital high resolution, social media digitals and prints will be made available for purchase.
• Delivery to client either by mail or digitally (shipping cost included inpurchase price)
• Orders or additional images/prints will remain available for purchase until for 30 days from the last session date.

C. Location Costs & Fees
If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. Session fee covers travel within 45 miles of Austin, TX. Additional travel may require mileage as part of the agreement.

D. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should the client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, a fee of $100 will be charged to the client. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

E. Reshoots
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.

F. All Sales are Final
Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final. Please be absolutely sure of your purchase at the time of ordering.

G. Archive
All images will continue to be available for ordering for one (1) month following the client session date. After one (1) month, all images will be purged from the photographer’s hard- drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.

H. Payment
All payments are due in full on the day of the session unless other payment arrangements have been made. Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received.

I. Damage
Photographer is not responsible for the damage of portraits after delivery to client, including damage caused during transit by US mail. Client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all portraits upon receipt.

J. Model Release
Client gives permission to Wild Crane Photography to use the images (or variations of the images) from all sessions for publication in advertising materials, websites, blogs, portfolios, displays, or other promotional methods for Wild Crane Photography without compensation for such. Wild Crane Photography will not sell these images to any third party without additional consent from you.

K. Liability
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

L. Copyright & Penalty
Wild Crane Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s sessions but shall grant an exclusive license to the client to reproduce and publicly display the purchased images. A print release will be provided with the purchased digital files to print portraits. The print release does not allow selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Wild Crane Photography during client’s photo sessions. This applies to “sneak peek” images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client/students steal images via any method listed above, or any other method, client/students will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client/student has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. *
